I've been on the slow-carb diet for 7 weeks now.
I came across it in the 4-hour chef years ago and wanted to try it but it was too much effort.
But working from home made me put on 5 kilos in 2 months so I thought I'd try it to see if it works.
It Works! I've lost 6 kilos in 7 weeks.
A friend of mine has started dragging me along to a Trampoline Gym. It's honestly been really fun!
Although.. I'm really trying to do a front-flip/ back-flip but I get scared, can't commit, and end up on my face.
Haven't been able to focus very well on reading my books.
